Business Expansion eXperience
Dear members,
A year ago we launched CEE PBOXes. Hundreds of people in all CEE countries worked hard for 12 months to deliver the results. Even though we did realize as many traineeships as we planned, we learnt a lot and enabled members to live their AIESEC Experience.
Today we want to share learning points from our projects in order to help you to shape your local initatives. If you are interested in realizing projects targeting: SMEs, GOs or NGOs you should definitely familarize yourself with our outputs:

If you have any questions regarding projects, please feel free to contact me and OCPs. Although our terms are over now, we will do our best to help you."
Maciej Dakowicz CEE Project Manager 05/06
I don't know exactly from where to start because Business Expansion was one of the most amazing @Xperience that helped me in the process of being a change agent. I have learnt many useful things and because of this experience I can say that I enlarged my network of contacts and also I gained some new friends in Romania. Romanian Delegation ROCKED the Conference!
Everybody from this photo have choosen their own road in AIESEC. Romeo, Mara, Anca, Alexandra, Chipo are (VPs ICX), Chip (VP OGX), Adi (active member in @Oradea), Cristi (very active on PD in Sibiu), Elena -I don't know and not to forget Micky -Proud LCP who will lead @Constanta for success and Me (Proud member of NST @Romania on X). As you see our background is related to our favourite area (Exchange).
I remember at the end of the conference (CEE PBOX Conference -Hungary 6-9 October)after 4 days we were full of energy even if the Romanian delegation had another conference before(XMM). So everybody took the commitment that IT'S not the End...It's just the beginning of a new Experience in our @Life and we will challenge to do a great job.
Afterwards we went home and started serious work. Everybody in his own local committee. Some of us did extremely good job, some of you had to give up. Unfortunatelly overall results of CEE PBOXes failed but I hope that everybody learnt a lot from this experience.
Personal I'm more mature and I have a huge network of contacts.
To be continued...

My NEXT @XP will be TTT in Sibiu organized by NTT. I have been selected to participate as delegate ...This is an important step in my @Life and also for my carrer. I gave a thought of becoming a profesional trainer and also to have a training company in the future so I really consider it’s a good idea.AIESEC made me more people oriented than I was before joining it. I always liked working with people and I hope this conference will improve some skills and gonna teach me how to make a quality delivery.
I have huge expectations from this conference and I'm very happy that 75% of sessions will be held by externals.
My expectations related to this conference are:
Ø To get me started in my path as a trainer (to give me what I lack in my knowledge ,skills, attitude for being a real trainer)
Ø to increase my network of contacts (to interact will all the delegates)
Ø to develop myself, to interact with people, to learn more about what a being a great trainer means, and how to keep improving your skills, attitude and knowledge, to discover new things related to what’s behind a training, how do I make a good training…
Ø to be fun
Ø to be challenging
I'm very happy because I will meet my friends: Cristi (OCP TTT ) , Anca and Adi that were also selected for this wonderfull conference. Cristi , Anca, Adi are special friends with whom I was at Pbox Conference in Hungary.
My first step in the process of becoming a trainer had started in MPN where I had to deliver a session with Iulius about opportunities in AIESEC. I felt great and I want to apply as facilitator at Rock Me and NPS.
I'm sure I will have a great time in Sibiu ...
let's start the revolution !!!

Latest news about me :)
This session was very interesting because I had 6 exams (instead of 12 )...I manage to pass 5 of them with good marks. I failed at Finance ..bad luck
but my life is so interesting because I'm living diversity each day (parties, pubs , chinese food and Trainees:Luca(Italy), Paulina (Mexico), Kagan(Turkey), Yee MEE(Danemark), Stefanie(Hong-Kong) and we are waiting for Cihan (Turkey) and maybe a girl from Ukraine.
It's great to have so many foreign people in Iasi ..It's what I love most in AIESEC -this magical organization that is part of my life.
